Also, watching the best Star Trek: Voyager episode, "Message in a Bottle". Because Andy Dick.

Yes it is. I'm currently on a TOS binge.

I love me some Deep Space Nine. Voyager has some good moments in the later seasons, though.

DS9 for me has the greatest overall story, but for random watching nothing beats TNG or TOS. I recently re-watched the entirety of Voyager and enjoyed it more than I remembered. It was consistent. Consistently meh, but consistent.

I like the doctor. He and seven of nine have some great moments.

You had me, right up until Dick. He is pretty much a mnemonic response to change the channel the minute I see or hear him. As far as I know the greatest thing he ever did was pick a fight with Jon Lovitz.

Thing is, he's actually good in this episode.

So far the only thing I can remember "enjoying" with him in it is "hoodwinked," and he was a voice.

There's a lot of good quotable moments in this episode.
"Stop breathing down my neck!"
"My breathing is merely a simulation."
"So is my neck! Stop it anyway!"

The only thing I have in the house, Gentleman Jack. Normally it would be scotch, but this is ok.

I really like Voyager too. Was never really a fan of DS9. I'm not a political person so many episodes seem too dry. There's just something about exploring in Voyager too. Truer to the original and The Next Generation.
On Space Channel here, the Voyager series wrapped up a couple of weeks ago after all were broadcast in a row on weeknights. It took almost 9 months and I rarely missed one.
I did miss a good chunk of the first ones though, so I was very happy when the channel decided to start all over again. It was most interesting to see the changes in the characters and actors made from the first to the last episode in one day. Compared to the early ones the later ones actually came off as dry, repetitive and kind of empty. The characters were cold and just as empty. The very early ones seem scatterbrained, lacking tempo, and overacted in many places. It's strange to see the captain express so much emotion. I'm sure the series will hit a sweet spot soon enough and I'm looking forward to it.

+1 on Andy Dick. He's f'in hilarious. Still a few months 'til that episode airs here. I'll be watching.
Scott Thompson's (from Kids in the Hall) episode is coming up soon too.

Ha. I didn't realize that was him somehow. I love the random guest stars who want to be on just because they love the series.
My favorite being Mick Fleetwood.
